As part of a data center project, Hering AG is supplying two high-performance exhaust gas heat exchanger systems (AWT), each equipped with an integrated SCR chamber.This innovative system technology combines efficient heat recovery with state-of-the-art emissions control: while the exhaust gas heat exchangers recover thermal energy from hot exhaust gases, the SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) technology effectively reduces nitrogen oxide emissions within the exhaust stream. The systems are being installed in a dedicated combined heat and power (CHP) plant designed to provide a highly efficient energy supply for the data center. The recovered exhaust heat is specifically utilized for cooling processes, thereby sustainably improving the overall energy efficiency of the facility.
